Jurisdiction, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution

If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). 

The seat of arbitration shall be the DIFC, the proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the award shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from the DIFC Courts.
